It's not news by now that the Obama administration made a huge logistical mistake in the rollout of the new health care law. But the Republicans want you to pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. "Obamacare" is indeed a half-assed solution to the health care crisis, but the "GOP" has nothing, I repeat, absolutely nothing, to offer as an alternative. They simply want to go back to the way things were, and still are, with people getting turned down for "pre-existing conditions" and insurance companies stealing hard-earned money from healthy people with all those subpar policies.
But in California, often the country's "social leader," the "GOP" has found an even slimier way to sabotage health care reform. They have put up a fake website discouraging people from getting insurance. Here's a link to a Daily Kos story that gives the details.
There is absolutely nothing that this scum won't do. They are desperate for an issue. After the failure of things like the Benghazi attack, this is what these slimeballs have seized upon. Their villainy seems to know no low point.

republi-can'ts are morally bankrupt. This is an opinion. Often I refuse to cite popularity as justification for anything.
This opinion is an exception. This opinion is not only supported by a litany of facts but also is so popular I can't take any credit for having suggesting this 13 years ago.
I have a good old friend who happens to be a Republican. I don't understand how he can go on doing this. It's childhood brainwashing, I suppose.
I have a friend who makes good money working in construction. He is a hard-core Republican. He has never had health insurance in his life and he tells me he'll never buy any.
Recently, he fell off a ladder at his job. He went in to the ER and got treatment that cost many thousands of dollars. He didn't pay a dime for any of this, because he chooses to not have health insurance (even though he makes over $150,000 per year).
Taxpayers like ME were the ones who paid for his health care treatment---and I have a tough time even affording my own health insurance premiums!
Oh, and my friend continues to reject buying any health insurance. He's still a hard-core "Conservative." I think he'll wind up paying a small fine under Obamacare, but that's it.
Single-payer would eliminate this, but the right-wingers start screaming "socialism!" the moment anyone mentions this. Everyone would be covered, and costs would generally go down for those who are now insured.
