Back In Action

This was the most difficult move of my life, our lives -- 425 miles, and yet we're still in Texas. I had my first day at work Jan. 28. I had the computer hooked up by then, but held off on posting until I felt reasonably comfortable at work.

I will be posting again soon, probably starting this week. Thanks for hanging around. -- mj

Glad you're back.
Ahhh...Texas distances.
We left home one year on vacation to Montana- drove straight west then straight north. That first day we did a long 10 hours and were STILL in Texas that night. (Hit the panhandle after turning right)
We need to go to way-north Arkansas in a few weeks and my son was appalled that that will be a shorter drive than from home to Houston.
Welcome back!

Manifesto Joe back on line? I'm looking forward to that.

Glad you're working, gotta pay the bills before fighting the good fight. I've been laid off for weeks, the Big Three automakers are hoarding their post-bailout profits instead of spending them to upgrade their plants and put tradespeople like myself to work.
