A dying breed indeed. We used to have respect for news broadcasters. I go back farther than you do, Joe, and I remember how my dad used to listen to Walter Winchell on the radio. I was just a little thing then, but I still remember how he opened every broadcast. "Good evening Mr. and Mrs. America and all the ships at sea. Let's go to press." Now we have the likes of Wolf Blitzer. He isn't the worst of the bunch, but he sure isn't Edward R. Murrow.
